After an internship with IA&A in 2016, Caroline returned to the organization in April 2021 as Director of the Cultural Exchange Programs. In this role, she oversees all aspects of IA&A's Exchange Visitor Program and J-1 visa sponsorship services.
Caroline comes from a multicultural background, having lived in six different countries growing up, and speaks four languages. She returned to the U.S. from abroad to attend the University of Vermont where she majored in Global Studies and double minored in Spanish and linguistics. Outside of IA&A, she is an avid ice hockey player and fan (Go Caps!) and enjoys any activity that will get her outdoors.
