E. Rosa Jang

E. Rosa Jang (she/her) is an Exhibition Project Manager at IA&A, where she oversees the development of traveling exhibitions from initial concept through public launch. Throughout the exhibition tours, she liaises with collaborators and provides venue support.

Before joining IA&A, Rosa held positions in the DC metro area, Boston, and St. Louis, including at the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington, Boston University Art Galleries, Nichols House Museum, Smithsonian Early Enrichment Center, and The Luminary. Most recently, she served as the Editorial Assistant for the Journal of the Society of Architectural Historians.

Rosa earned an MA in Art History from Boston University and a BFA in Studio Art and Art History from Washington University in St. Louis, supported fully by fellowships and scholarships. Her MA paper examined Japanese prints of Korea in the context of colonial tourism, and her research interests are mainly in modern and contemporary Korean and Japanese art. An immigrant and proud product of Montgomery County Public Schools, she is committed to advancing access, diversity, and representation within the arts and culture sector.
