International Arts & Artists is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the Department of State to administer the U.S.-Mexico Intern Program in addition to our other J-1 programs.

The U.S.-Mexico Intern Program is an exciting new initiative that seeks to expand exchange and internship opportunities for Mexican students and recent graduates. With this new program, IA&A will be able to sponsor Mexican participants who are completing internships in the United States in the following industries:

  • Architecture
  • Management, business, commerce, and finance
  • Information media and communications

Through the program, interns will receive hands-on experience in their field, gain substantive cross-cultural experience, and develop critical leadership skills. By hosting an intern from Mexico, American design firms and arts organizations can broaden their scope and contribute to international understanding in the creative industries.
